Kindly do not smoke cannabis inside our home or on our property - this includes smoking dry flower, dabbing or vaping oil cartridges. b. Any kind of drugs is not allowed in or out of the property. c. Smoking of Tabacco may be allowed but must be outside of property minimum 5 meter away from our property. Visiting Rules: 1. Only booked and listed guests are permitted on the property. 2. Guest should seek prior approval from the host before bringing any visitors to the premises. 3. Visiting hours is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 4. Any exceptions for the above must be approved by the host. **Anyone caught violating any above Policy may face penalty of $250 and immediate eviction from the property and reported to airbnb**

We have a small family living in the upstairs unit. You may occasionally hear normal household sounds, such as kids playing or daily activities. We ask for your understanding, as we strive to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for all.
