The Loft bedroom also has a dedicated desk at the corner (with adjustable height!) if you happen to need to have a quiet time for yourself away from your group, to study or work from home on your laptop. - On the Second floor - we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms here have Queen bed each. And the Third bedroom has a Twin bed, extendable to Two-attached-Twin bed, and just shy of a King bed. - On the First floor- we have kitchen, living room, dining and half bathroom. You will find quality linens, and generous closet space for a restful stay. There is a good size backyard with a Deck. This is a Residential Area, so please be sensitive about the loud noises (high volume etc.) coming out from your stay. Also, if you are spending your time outside in the backyard or gazebo area, please be sensitive about the loud noises. Calgary By-laws about noise pollution are stricter especially after 10 PM. Any fines incurred from the City on our Property, due to complaints from the neighbors, will be passed on to the Booking Guests. And reported to Airbnb as well. Drugs & Smoking Policy: a. Cannabis: We're not a cannabis friendly accommodation. Although cannabis is recreationally legal in Canada, we are not allowing it in our property. Kindly do not smoke cannabis inside our home or on our property - this includes smoking dry flower, dabbing or vaping oil cartridges. b. Any kind of drugs is not allowed in or out of the property. c. Smoking of Tabacco may be allowed but must be outside of property minimum 5 meter away from our property. Visiting Rules: 1. Only booked and listed guests are permitted on the property. 2. Guest should seek prior approval from the host before bringing any visitors to the premises. 3. Visiting hours is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 4.
