Entering from the main entrance, climb a few steps to the main level where you'll find an open-concept kitchen and living area. This retreat features 3 bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite. One room has a bunk bed for kids. Open the back door to find a sitting space on the deck and access to the backyard. Behind the backyard is a parking pad where you can park your vehicle for free. Drugs & Smoking Policy: a. Cannabis: We're not a cannabis friendly accommodation. Although cannabis is recreationally legal in Canada, we are not allowing it in our property. Kindly do not smoke cannabis inside our home or on our property - this includes smoking dry flower, dabbing or vaping oil cartridges. b. Any kind of drugs is not allowed in or out of the property. c. Smoking of Tabacco may be allowed but must be outside of property minimum 5 meter away from home. **Anyone caught violating Drugs & Smoking Policy may face penalty of $250 and immediate eviction from the property and reported to airbnb** Visiting Rules: 1. Only booked and listed guests are permitted on the property. 2. Guest should seek prior approval from the host before bringing any visitors to the premises. 3. Visiting hours is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 4. Any exceptions for the above must be approved by the host.

Parking: Our house is on the corner-lot so free street parking is available. If you need a designated parking, you can use one of the parking spot on the parking pad behind the house. Please only park *Left most parking pad spot from the road* Right side is for basement unit tenant.
