Drugs & Smoking Policy: a. Cannabis: We're not a cannabis friendly accommodation. Although cannabis is recreationally legal in Canada, we are not allowing it in our property. Kindly do not smoke cannabis inside our home or on our property - this includes smoking dry flower, dabbing or vaping oil cartridges. b. Any kind of drugs is not allowed in or out of the property. c. Smoking of Tabacco may be allowed but must be outside of property minimum 5 meter away from our property. **Anyone caught violating Drugs & Smoking Policy may face penalty of $250 and immediate eviction from the property and reported to airbnb** Visiting Rules: 1. Only booked and listed guests are permitted on the property. 2. Guest should seek prior approval from the host before bringing any visitors to the premises. 3. Visiting hours is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 4. Any exceptions for the above must be approved by the host.
